A piece of research which attempted to identify the employment picture for graduates with disabilities in Ireland. The research incorporated a literature review, a graduate survey of nationwide scope and a focus group. All of which highlighted employment rates, awareness of supports and other major issues that graduates with disabilities in Ireland experience in accessing mainstream employment.
